License Types

Single Copy

Buying a single copy allows you to install and use a single copy of SQLEditor.

You may also install and use the software on a different machine, but only if you don't use more than one copy at the same time.

Buying more than one single copy license entitles you to simultanenously use as many copies as you have licenses. Multiple single licenses will be issued in the name of the purchaser. However we can transfer each license to a different person if you email us at support@malcolmhardie.com

Site License

A site license is the right choice if you have lots of users.

Buying a Site license covers either:

• all of an organization's computers in a single building

OR

• all of the computers of a single department (if spread across several buildings).

Our Online Store

Our online store is operated in association with SWREG.
SWREG has been safely handling payments online since 1987.

The online store accepts most credit cards, paypal, bank wire transfers and bank checks. You can also opt to use a pro-forma invoice.

When you buy from our online store we will send you a serial code by email as soon your order is processed. You should then enter the details from the email directly into the application to register it.

Prices and Taxes

Prices shown exclude VAT (EU Customers) and US State Sales Tax for Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, or Utah residents.

Not all sales are liable for such taxes, the order form will indicate the final total including any tax due.

If you are VAT registered please enter your VAT number on the order form.

All web sales are made by SWREG Inc who are legally obliged to collect sales taxes where necessary.

Security

Your payment details will be securely stored by SWREG.
We at MalcolmHardie Solutions will never see your credit card details.

Privacy

You personal data will be used by SWREG and by us (MalcolmHardie Solutions Ltd) to process your order.

We will use your personal information to process your order. We will use your details to contact you about your order and we may later contact you to advise of changes or upgrades to your purchase.

We won't sell or share your information except with our processing partner SWREG.

The Swreg Privacy Statement explains how SWREG will treat your personal information.

Automatic Updates

SQLEditor has the ability to automatically check for updated version. This optional facility will download a file from our servers at regular intervals to see if an updated version is available. The automatic update check is offered as an option the first time that the program is run and can later be enabled or disabled using the preferences window.
