To the maximum extent permitted by law we (Angus Hardie, MalcolmHardie Solutions Limited or others as agreed) shall not be held liable for any loss whatsoever caused whether due to negligence or otherwise arising from the use of the product or service. Our (Angus Hardie, MalcolmHardie Solutions Limited or others as agreed) entire liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service or product.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed or stated we retain all intellectual property rights for any service or product which we may provide. This may not apply to products or services which we may aquire or deploy on your behalf if they are produced or supplied by a third party.

Software
Unless otherwise stated any software that is made available for downloading from the Site is the copyrighted work of Angus Hardie, MalcolmHardie Solutions Limited and/or its licensors.
You may only use such software in accordance with the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the software. You are not authorised and must not install any software unless you agree to be bound by the end use license agreement.
Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the end user license agreement is expressly prohibited, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
The software is warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the end user licence agreement. GNU Public License / Open Source Licensed Materials
Some materials made available by us may be released under an open source license. If this is the case then this fact will be clearly and obviously stated and some of these terms and conditions may not apply. The appropriate license must be inspected to ensure that you are aware of the terms and conditions that apply to that product or service.

Privacy, Personal Information and Cookies
The MalcolmHardie website does not use cookies.
We do not store any information about visitors except ip address, time and files viewed.
If you contact us then we may use your details to contact you about the products or services that you are interested in.
Our online store is provided by SWREG and in order to process transactions you may be transfered to their site. SWREG may collect additional information about you which they may share with us in order for us to process your order. We will not use this information for any other purpose and we will not sell or transfer it to anyone else.
If you decide to sign up for any mailing list we may send you regular mailings. However you are always able to cancel using a web form or by emailing us directly.
We will not transfer your details to anyone else unless required to by law
Legal use
Any product or service is supplied subject to the condition that it will be used only in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, Scotland and the area in which the service or product is used.
No product or service may be used by any person or entity in any area that is subject to embargo or sanctions by the United Kingdom or The United States. Except as permitted by the laws of the United Kingdom
Payment
We may make charges for services or products provided. If this is the case then we will offer a clear indication of price before purchase and send an invoice showing amount you need to pay us.
You agree to pay the invoice according the terms stated on the invoice or within thirty (30) days if no limit is stated. We may agree other terms in certain situations
We may charge interest on outstanding payments if they are not paid according to the agreed terms and schedule

All services and products are subject to the acceptable use policy which you agree to follow
