1. You may not use, or permit use of any product or service supplied by us for any purpose which contravenes the laws of the United Kingdom, The United States and the laws of the country that you are resident in
2. No service or product provided may be used in conjuction with or to distribute: Warez (Illegally copied software) or Pornography
3. All material distributed or made available must be correctly licensed from the copyright holder
4. The sending of spam is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This included any type of unsolicited bulk mailing that uses any service or product provided.
5. You may specifically NOT use any software on the prohibited software list in conjuction with any malcolmhardie service or product.
6. Network abuse and the distribution of means to abuse networks are all prohibited
7. Except where limited by law, you agree to fully indemnify Angus Hardie, MalcolmHardie Solutions, our agents and employees against any claims for loss or damage by any third party in respect of activities conducted on or with products or services provided by the malcolmhardie company, Angus Hardie or any person connected with us.
