Please note that with the release of OS X, new PalmOS versions and new phone designs, some or all of this information may be obsolete. Additionally IrDA has given way to bluetooth. These changes have made connecting devices to the internet using a mobile phone quite different and because the author is no longer needing mobile connectivity on a regular basis, it is difficult to keep the information current.
